Education Management Tools
Self Evaluation System (Colleges – Vocational)
Ministry of Education of Georgia

About the Client
Ministry of Education of Georgia is a key institution responsible for ensuring and promoting quality standards across Georgia's education system, including the vocational education sector.
Problem
The government lacked a unified and reliable tool to identify real issues within vocational colleges related to the quality of education and administrative processes. Existing feedback mechanisms were fragmented and did not reflect the perspectives of all stakeholders involved in the educational ecosystem.
Solution
A Self-Evaluation System for Vocational Colleges based on a 360-degree evaluation model. Colleges answer structured, criteria-based questions that assess both learning quality and administrative effectiveness. College administration, teachers and students all participate, ensuring comprehensive, balanced and objective insights. The project was actively supported by UNDP.
